Edna Gallery is owned by Martin and Marcia Taylor. Martin, Marcia and their daughter Samantha have lived on Orcas since 1998. They share a "rambling" waterfront home with Cosmo, Max, Autumn and Tiger. Samantha is an artist in her own right and has gone off to college leaving us to our own devices. Edna Gallery shows and sells art photography by Martin, Samantha and other artists. Edna also provides a variety of services as detailed on our services page.

Martin is a versatile professional photographer as well as an expert in printing and computer systems. He has a background in computer engineering as well as art and photography, not to mention a whole other past life spent mountaineering, rock climbing and adventuring. His enduring passion is in creating beauty in the print and digital domains. He does have a new found passion for rowing which is helping to keep him a perpetual youngster. He coaches and rows with the Orcas Island Rowing Club.

Marcia is the business manager and the glue that holds it all together. You'll find her in every corner of the business, the studio and the family. She is the quintessential business wife and mother.
