A stunning new look enabled by modern inkjet printers and printabl canvases.
Looks great in almost any environment. Images look at the same time clean, but also have a traditional feel. So they can integrate in a super modern office as well as a traditional home. People are simply "blown away" by the look of large photograph canvases!
If the print is not to be framed then the is "gallery wrapped" around the stretcher frame. That means the image wraps around the sides appearing to completely envelope the frame. No unprinted canvas shows.
Bigger prints work best. 16x24 up to huge. I have done some 36x54. Panoramas and composite images can be even wider/taller.
There is no glass in front of the image so the image looks great.
Coating can be matte to gloss or anywhere in between. Textures can be hand painted over the coating coating for an even more "painterly" look.
If not using a frame the wall color does need to be fairly neutral or coordinated with the image.
You can add a gilt frame for an old baronial hall look.
