There are two Edna’s for a couple of weeks
April 18th, 2008We just opened our doors at the new Edna Gallery location in Eastsound. We are open at 138 North Beach Road in the newly remodeled “A1 Cafe” space. There you can see the usual gorgeous prints and canvases of Martin’s (that’s me) photographs.
We also have an incredible new customizable 22″ digital “picture frame” made by Photovu. Come and check it out. It has built in WiFi so as well as the usual USB memory devices you can view imaes from anywhere on a local network or on the Internet.
ALSO DO NOT MISS the first in a series of Spring and Fall Edna shows of guest artists work. Our first is a show of work by renowned Orcas artist and activist Peter Fisher. It is called “Mexico: Travel Light”.
The show is at our old location at 310 Main Street under Christina’s restaurant. It runs from Sunday April 2oth through Sunday May 4th, open Fri, Sat, Sun 11-5.
There is a opening reception with free wine and chocolate 4-9 p.m. this Saturday April 19th.
For the run of the show there will be 2 x Edna Galleries in Eastsound. Come check them both out!
Look out for announcements of future Edna shows. We intend to enliven the Orcas art scene!
